Prices indicated are subject to change without notice.
All prices indicated are inclusive of 14% VAT.
Delivery charges where applicable will be calculated on submission of orders and are not included in pricing, once caluclated you will be notified of these charges prior to processing the order.

While every effort has been made in ensuring the accuracy of all images, colour representations and description of products. We will not be held resposible for any variations in these.
Stock availability is not indicated on the website and no guarantee of availabilty is given nor implied.
Ordering & Delivery
This website is not an online store and all orders will be processed using the following procedure:
Items added to your cart will be emailed to us once the checkout has been completed.
Stock availability will be checked, alternate products may be recommended in stock out situtaions.
Delivery charges and any other charges will be calculated if applicable, a proforma invoice will be sent to you for approval.
Our banking details will be supplied to you enabling you to effect payment.
Once payment has been received, your order will be despatched or held for collection.
Should an order be in between price changes it is at the discretion of Chanté Products (Pty) Ltd at which price the order will be supplied. You will be notified should the price be different to the order price prior to processing of the order.
Chanté Products (Pty) Ltd will not be responsible for redelivery charges should incorrect delivery details be supplied or if you are not available to take delivery.
If no communication is received by Chanté Products (Pty) Ltd within 7 days of receipt of your order. You will be deemed to have received the order in full and with out defect.
Returns Policy
It is our Company policy to supply and provide quality products and services. On occasion returns may be unavoidable. These returns will be governed by the following conditions:
If the incorrect goods have been supplied in error and communication of this error is received by us within 7 days.
If the goods you have purchased are faulty when delivered to you and communication of this is received by us within 7 days.
If goods are damaged in transit to you, claims will be made on insurance. If carrier used includes insurance or if you have opted to have the goods insured before despatch.
Once a candle has been lit it will not be returned.
Goods returned in all of the above instances must be returned in their original condition with all packaging unopened and intact. Original documentation must accompany goods.
Chanté Products (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to exercise discretion on any return made. Factors taken into consideration may included but are not limited to:
Any discounts which were given on purchase of the goods.
Use or enjoyment that you may have had out of the goods.
Condition in which goods are received by us.
